This may seems like a pretty obvious tip since staying active is already labeled as healthy. However, it is so much more than that when my seizure activity is also taken into consideration. When I maintain an active lifestyle not only do I notice a huge improvement in how my body feels overall, but I have noticed over the years that my seizure activity seems to decrease as well. I feel stronger and healthier in more ways than one! Even if it’s simply a walk around the block with my pups, the sunshine and fresh air alone are enough to improve my day. It has been my own experience that taking time out of my day for even the simplest form of exercise is always a good idea!
